A good practice example of training in the Belgian car-repair sector

During the last EMF-CEEMET work group on education and training a good practice was presented from the Belgian car-repair sector, showing clearly how through collective agreements training can be guaranteed and in a very practical way organised even in a sector which consist mainly out of small and very small companies. This is clearly a good practice that can be of use in several countries. It actually shows clear lines of similarity with initiatives also taken in France and The Netherlands.
