Collective Bargaining
Dear Colleagues,
Fellesforbundet starts the collective bargaining March 5th 2004. We will then joint negotiate the Engineering Industry Agreement, the Building Industry Agreement and the Textile Industry Agreement. Our collective agreements terminate March 31st 2004.
The key issues will be:
- A general increase of purchasing power for all workers
- Guaranties and special benefits for low waged workers
- Equal pay
- Local agreements concerning company paid pension
- Local agreements concerning overtime
- Local agreements concerning leasing of manpower, contracting out work and similar contract systems

EMF Launches 2nd Common Demand of the European metalworkers’ unions
