Collective agreement signed in Philips

After the agreement on pensions there is also a new general Philips CLA. Most important issues are as follows.
Duration: 1/5/2003 till 31/12/2004
Income: Increase of 1.25% on 1/4/2004 (despite our Social Agreement; this agreement had to be renewed from 1/5/203 and there for does not fall within the range of the Social Agreement); And a one time benefit of 2% for September 2004 depending company results.
Performance pay: Only if a employee doesn’t perform acceptable, he/she will not get any increase of salary.
Employability: The right for individual personal development will be put into the CLA.
Working time: Employees are allowed to work 4x9 hours a week if it doesnt hurt the interests of the company.
