Tekna made demands on training, working time, pension and others in 2006 and in 2004.
The demand on working time was not a demand of decreasing working hours, but of having payment for all the working hours.
The demand of training was that on company level there should be a right for every worker to have training and to have his or hers competence documented.
The demand on pension was that the employers should not decrease to rights without agreement with the shop stewards.
Another issue was how the disagreements about wages on company level should be concluded.
The results were
Training and competence shall be discussed on company level before it is concluded.
On company level the law of working hours and wages shall be respected.
