Report on collective bargaining

SKEI negotiated the lowest wages increase on 3 branch collective agreement from reason big inflation rate in 2007:

- electro industry for 2,4% from 1.1.2008

- metal industry for 2,7 % from 1.1.2008

- basic metals and foundries for 4,5 % from 1.3.2008

Negotiations for regular wages increase in 2008 ongoing now.

which will be included in the collective bargaining demands of all its 75 affiliated trade unions and in future collective bargaining rounds throughout Europe over the next four years.
