Wage settlement in 2006.

It was agreed that impact of this collective agreement in greasing the salaries of senior salaried employees will be 1.9 per cent in 2006.
In enterprises that have reached an understanding on the introduction of the salary policy referred to in the collective agreement pay shall be increased in line with the said policy.
In other workplaces there shall be a general increase of 1.6 per cent in monthly salaries, including benefits in kind as of the start of the pay period beginning on 1 June 2006 or soonest thereafter.
Salaries shall also be increased by a 0.3 per cent workplace-specific element based on the salaries of senior salaried employees for regular working hours as of 31 May 2006. Use of the element shall be agreed locally. If no agreement is reached, then the said element shall be implemented as a flat rate general salary increase as of 1 June 2006.
Travel during time off
The federations shall appoint a working group to investigate the manner of implementation of the collective agreement travelling directive within enterprises and to report thereupon by 31 May 2006.The federations shall take any measures that are found to be necessary in the light of the said investigation.
Staff representatives
The federations shall investigate whether there are eny differences in status between staff representatives that are not justifiable with reference to the duties of the said representatives. The amendments that are required to eliminate any differences shall be made during the term of the agreement. The investigation shall focus, for example, on training opportunities, compensation and use of time in attending to the duties of an elected representative. The federations shall agree on the minimum compensations payable.
